God's first fruit Scripture promises are in an “if-then” format. In
other words, “if” we do certain things pertaining to our first fruits
offering “then” God will do certain things about our first fruits
blessings. Your Bible contains this promise format for every area of
your need.
The actual words, “if-then,” don’t have to be in the actual first fruits
Scripture promise you find for your need, but the idea is there. You
will see these things in the first fruits prosperity promises below.
For example, in all of Deuteronomy 26, God tells us about the First
Fruits Offering and the things we must do to launch their blessing
benefits. Among other things, we must make Nine Confessions to
make it work prestige and prosperity for us.
"If" we are say these (or
similar) things:
1. I have brought my
hallowed things.
2. I have given them
to people that need it.
3. I have not
transgressed thy commandments.
4. Neither have I
forgotten them.
5. I have not eaten
thereof in my mourning.
6. Neither have I
taken away anything thereof for any unclean use.
7. Neither have I
given anything thereof for the dead.
8. I have harkened to
the voice of the Lord my God.
9. I have done
according to all that Thou hast commanded me.
Because we did our
part and made the Nine Confessions above, then God fixed our position as
one of uniqueness, honor and holiness.
Deut 26:18-19
18 And the
LORD hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath
promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments;
19 And to
make thee high above all nations which he hath made, in praise, and in
name, and in honour; and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the
LORD thy God, as he hath spoken. (KJV)
See these First Fruit
Blessings of position below:
1. He made us his
peculiar people as he had promised
2. He made us high
above all nations.
3. He made us a holy
people as he had spoken.
There are some other
things in Deuteronomy 26 that we must do. Those above are the things we
are required to say when we bring our First Fruits to the Lord.
But this is not all.
Proverbs 3: 9-10 takes care of our financial prosperity too.
Prov 3:9-10
9 Honour the
LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
10 So shall
thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with
new wine. (KJV)
Notice the filled
barns and bursting presses. Combine this with the unique, high and holy
positioning in Deuteronomy 26 above and you see a dynamite “if-then”
combination for prestige and prosperity. And both of them, prestige and
prosperity, are the promises of God “if” we do what he tells us to do in
these First Fruits Scriptures.
