God Want’s ALL His Children Healed

G od only has one people. We call them The Abrahamic Seed Group. It is God’s will to heal every single one of this group. Let’s do some general background concerning God’s care of the members of this group and then we will see his healing for them. Look closely at the following Scriptures.

Rom 8:31-32

31         What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

32         He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? (KJV)

This is one of the most powerful statements in the Bible. We all know that God spared not his own son but delivered him up for us all. This being the case, obviously God is for us. Then two things follow from this.

First, if God is for us, who can successfully be against us. Sure, many can and will be against us but who can successfully come against us since God is for us. They have to overpower him to get to us. This is an impossible task. God is for us. Therefore who can be against us successfully.

Second, since God is for us all and since he gave the life of his own son for us all, is there anything God would hold back from us? If God would hold back anything from us then this signifies that God places more value on that which he denies than that whom he has already given up for us, namely Jesus.

Is there anything more valuable in God’s eyes?

Is there anything more valuable in God’s eyes than his only begotten son, Jesus Christ? Of course not. If God gave someone so valuable in his own eyes, everything else that carries much less value will readily be given for us also. Think on this. But this isn’t all He has for the members of the Abrahamic Seed Group.

Isa 41:10-11

10         Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

11         Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. (KJV)

From this Scripture we get more promises than we can count. First, we are told not to be afraid. This is especially good when fear and terror loom on our horizon, when it lurks in the darkness all around us. He said, “Fear thou not…”

Then we are told to “...be not dismayed…” Sometimes things overwhelm us and come at us so fast they leave our minds nothing but mush. We are dismayed. We are confused and can’t make a sensible decision.

To tell us not to be afraid and unconfused when our backs are to the wall is easy, but to do the above is difficult to say the least. What grounds, then, can we position ourselves upon to accomplish them?

Isaiah’s Seven Powerful Reasons Include Us Christians

He gives seven powerful reasons or grounds for our fearlessness and clarity of mind, emotions and spirit.

             He says that He is with us.

             He says that He is our God.

             He says that He will strengthen us.

             He says that He will help us.

             He says that He will uphold us with His right hand of righteousness.

             He says that He will take care of those incensed against us by making them ashamed and confounded.

             He says that He will take care of those who strive with us by making them perish.

Notice the words us and our in the above seven statements. Then put yourself into “us” and “our” in all seven of these powerful promises of love and protection. You are in every one of them.

All these blessings and guarantees are part of the general background of God’s protection, love and concern for us members of the Abrahamic Seed Group. And these are before we even get into our subject which is healing for the members of the same Abrahamic Seed Group. But let’s look at some faith building Scriptures.

Isa 43:1-4

1           But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

2           When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

3           For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

4           Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life. (KJV)

Again we find more promises and blessings in the above Scriptures than we can count. And although these promises and blessings are addressed to Jacob and Israel, we Christians are included in them by grafting.

We are Grafted into These Promises Since We are in the Abrahamic Seed Group

We are grafted into these promises that covered the Abrahamic Seed Group in the Old Testament. The reason is because there is only one Abrahamic Seed Group throughout eternity and we are in that one group too. Consequently, the above applies to us Gentile Christians also.

Immediately we see that God tells us again to “Fear not!” Then he gives a fantastic list of reasons why we do no have to fear. Pay close attention the list as we give it below.

             He created us.

             He formed us.

             He redeemed us.

             He named us.

             The above four make us belong exclusively to Him: “Thou are mine!”

             He will be with us through the waters.

             He will be with us through the rivers so they will now overflow us.

             The fire will not burn us.

             The flame will not kindle upon us.

             Why all the above? Because He is our Savior!

             He gave entire countries to pay the ransom for the Abrahamic Seed Group. (But since this, He gave the life of His only begotten son to pay our ransom.)

             Because He views us as precious, this makes us honourable even when, in our own right, we are not honourable at all.

             God will give up other men for us members of the Abrahamic Seed Group.

             He will give up the lives of other people for our lives.

The above things stagger the mind. Yet you can see them here with your own eyes. No wonder Paul said, “If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?”

The Above Scriptures Mean What They Say

The above Scriptures all mean what they say or they do not mean what they say? If they do not mean what they say, my question is this; Why were they put in the Bible to give us nothing but false hopes? If they do not mean what they say, then how can we ever know for sure that John 3:16 means what is says?

You can not have it both ways! If one is true, the other ones are true also. If one is false, then we can never know for sure that they are not all false. You can not have it both way. It is not both/and. That is, they can not be both true and false at the same time. They are either/or. They are all either false or they are all true. You can not have it both ways.

 Twice above, God tells us to “Fear not!” Again, this is easier said than done. Nevertheless, this being the case, when a crisis (sickness) slaps us in the face, what will our reaction be? How will we react to it? The following Scripture answers this for us. Here is how our reaction should be.

Isa 40:29-31

29         He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

30         Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

31         But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

(KJV)

From the preceding, we must understand some things so our reaction to a crisis (sickness) can be the right one.

             We must understand that He gives power even to those of us who are faint.

             We must also understand that He gives strength even to those of us who have no might at all.

             We must understand that even if we are a youth, on our own, we can faint and be weary.

             We must understand that even if we are a young man, on our own, we can utterly fall.

             But even though we fit into any of the above groups, we must do only one thing!

And What is the One Thing that We Must Do?

And what is that one thing? We must wait upon the Lord to do for us what he promised in all the Scriptures we’ve included in this newsletter. We must wait for him! And if we do then what?

             Our strength will be renewed.

             We shall mount up with wings as eagles.

             We shall run.

             We shall not be weary.

             We shall walk.

             We shall not faint.

What powerful, faith building promises. No wonder Paul said that if God spared his own son but gave him up for us all, how on earth could he deny anything of a lesser value to us when we need it? How could he ever deny any of us a healing when we need it when that doesn’t cost him like the death of Jesus. How? He couldn’t! Now see some healing Scriptures.

Exod 23:25

25         ...I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. (KJV)

This is one of the beginning healing promises to the Abrahamic Seed Group. Notice that it pertains, not just to a sick member of the Group, but to the entire Abrahamic Seed Group as a whole. This promise is emphatic. God promised to “...take sickness away from the midst of thee.” There should be no sickness anywhere in our midst. He said he would take sickness away from our “midst!”

This is sweeping and dramatic. It is complete and mind boggling. A society where sickness was totally absent. What words of faith. What promises to stand upon. We must wait upon God to make this real as far as our families are concerned. We must see that God’s promises to heal go way beyond the individual. They extend to an entire group.

Two More mind-blowing Healing Facts

Now, we need to see two more things. We need to see that God heals those we might think that he would not heal. We also need to understand that he sometimes uses unusual methods to heal them. Look at the following case.

II Ki 5:12-14

12         Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage.

13         And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?

14         Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean. (KJV)

You recognize this story. It is the healing of Naaman the leper. Some things are worthy of our notice here. First, Naaman was not a member of the Abrahamic Seed Group. He was a Syrian. He was a part of the “afar off group” in the Old Testament. Second, God’s method of healing him was to have him dip himself seven times in the muddy waters of the Jordan River.

This made the Syrian soldier mad as a wet hornet. He reasoned that the rivers if Damascus were better that all the waters of Israel. He reasoned that if dipping in a river was all it took to be healed, he could go home and dip in his own rivers and be healed. But God did not tell him to dip seven times in any Damascus river. He said dip in Jordan only.

Finally, even this heathen soldier obeyed the man of God. He went down and did exactly as the prophet had instructed him. Then when he finished doing exactly as he was instructed, “...his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.” God’s way always works. How foolish of us to either add to his instructions or try to take away something from them.

All Scriptures Prove Jesus Healed Everyone Who Came to Him for Healing

 But the healing for the individual members of the Abrahamic Seed Group come into view quickly. Notice Jesus healed every single one that came to him for healing. Can he do any differently now? After all, He is the same yesterday, today and forever!

Matt 8:16

16         When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: (KJV)

Matt 12:15

15         But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all; (KJV)

Matt 14:35-36

35         And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased;

36         And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole. (KJV)

Matt 15:30

30         And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them:

(KJV)

Luke 4:40

40         Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them. (KJV)

Luke 6:17-19

17         And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases;

18         And they that were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed.

19         And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all. (KJV)

In all the above Scriptures, Jesus healed them all! He healed them all! Jesus healed them all! He left out none. He healed every single member of the Abrahamic Seed Group who came to him for healing. Every single member!
